Cancellation & Postponement Policies
It is becoming more necessary to address the life situations that happen and a guest would need to cancel or postpone the retreat they have paid for.
The total Retreat cost and registration is due by 30 days before the retreat. Past that date - An additional $30 fee for late registration.
Your registration will not be accepted until the total is paid.
Postponing to another Quilter's Dream Retreat
$30 Penalty - Balance will go to the next retreat you choose. (The following April or October.)
1. Cancelling your Reservation - 30 days or more - full refund.
2. Cancelling - more than 2 weeks (14 days) before retreat - $30 fee - balance refunded.
3. Cancelling - less than 2 weeks - $50 fee - and balance refunded.
