OUR RETREATS
Quilter's Dream Weekend was started in 1991 with the mission to make this an affordable retreat with classes and extras not usually offered at most other retreats. Our returning guests and really fun atmosphere has made this retreat very successful with April retreat drawing about 100 guests and the October retreat about 70 guests.

**Now 4 days & 3 nights!!

In April we have a wide variety classes for beginners & experienced quilter's. Our talented teachers offer inspiration, tips, helpful hints, strategies, and a lot of fun. Classes are held only at the April Retreat and are all free of charge. You just need to purchase, if necessary, the book, kit, or supply list items for each class you choose to take. There are sleeping quarters for 4 days, 3 nights, 6 meals, classes, and a open sew area, are all included. In October, this is your chance to do your own thing! Start, finish, change directions on a quilting project. Plenty of room to lay out a quilt and get a new perspective, baste, or audition new ideas. Saturday night, we have a $10  gift game we play - participation is optional - but it's really a lot of fun.

Each retreat we try to have helpers to loan & unload your stuff, massage therapists, scissor/knife sharpener/sewing machine tune up, and espresso stand for your convenience. And of course we have a quit shop -
"Trains and Fabrics" from Tacoma that always brings tons of fabric and quilting essentials for you to take advantage of. 

We are totally Non-Profit, what you pay for these retreats, go right back to you.  We have raffles and fund raisers to help control the rising costs. Word of mouth and returning quilting friends have showed us all how much these retreats are loved.
